Arbitration is an effective, efficient and confidential way to adjudicate a dispute.  It generally provides the parties with more control over the process than a typical court litigation, and can be completed in a more timely manner. 

With experience as both an employer and employee side advocate, Sara offers true neutrality, knowledge and subject matter area expertise. Sara seeks to manage arbitrations conscientiously and efficiently, while respecting the parties’ input into how they would like their process to proceed. 

Sara has significant experience as an advocate, mediator, and arbitrator, in matters involving the FLSA, Title VII, ADA, ADEA, FMLA, New York Labor Law, New York State Human Rights Law, the New York City Human Rights Law, and other workplace related disputes.
